How to Join
If you are interested in joining follow the steps bellow. Please note the due dates.

Instructions:

| 1. | Download the Membership Form and submit it by December 18 to the following address:

| 2. | Along with the Membership Form submit the $130.00 membership fee and the $40.00 security deposit for a total of $170.00.
For more information on the membership fee and the security deposit, please refer to the MCVA By-Laws that can be found in the Resources section.

| 3. | Email the Commissioner with the contact information for your team.
|
| 4. | Once you have submited the membership form, you will receive official notification from the MCVA and placed in a tentative division.
Then proceed to submit the following materials by December 5th:

All of these items are necessary requirements for membership. Only upon
completion of all these requirements the MCVA recognizes a team as its member.
